Terms and Conditions – Online Ordering

Fundraiser Terms
Requesting a fundraising kit from Good Dream Design Limited does not commit the school or fundraiser to participate in a project.
All orders are collected directly by the school or fundraiser using printed order forms and drawing templates.
There can be direct ordering by parents through websites or online platforms.
Payment and Invoicing
- Once all order forms and payments have been collected, the fundraiser is responsible for transferring the total payment to Good Dream Design via bank transfer.
- A VAT invoice will be issued and sent to the fundraiser via email after payment is received.
- After your project has ended (Typically 2-3 weeks after delivery) we will request you confirm your bank account details so we can make a payment direct into your account.
- Production will only begin once payment has been confirmed.
Fundraiser Responsibilities
- All artwork must be submitted by the specified deadline.
- School and class names must be entered accurately. Good Dream Design is not responsible for incorrect submissions.
- The school logo must be uploaded on time; otherwise, products will be printed without it.
- Full payment must be made before production begins.
- Missing or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery to the school.
- Our customer support team is available via email or WhatsApp for assistance.
Delivery & Collection
All products will be printed and posted directly to the school. Orders may arrive in separate batches due to different processing times.
Artwork Retention
All original artwork will be securely disposed of on 1st February each year. Returns are not possible unless agreed in exceptional cases and requested by the fundraiser.

Liability & Refund Policy
- All items are personalised and made to order and do not qualify for cancellation or return under the 14-day cooling-off period.
- Good Dream Design is not responsible for errors in submitted information (e.g. misspelled names).
- Damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days; replacements may be offered if applicable.
- No refunds will be issued for delays caused by events beyond our control (postal strikes, severe weather, etc.).
