Children create their artwork

Children enjoy creating their designs while your school collects the completed artwork or information required for the chosen project.

Families place their orders

Parents and carers pay online, receive an Order ID, and write it with the child’s name and class on the artwork form.

We match, create and deliver

We match each returned artwork to its paid order using the Order ID, create the chosen products, and deliver them to the school. The school then receives its earned commission.

How much commission can our school earn?

Commission depends on the project and registration date. For Christmas 2026, schools registering by 15 September receive 30%, registrations from 16 September to 2 October receive 25%, and registrations from 3 October to 16 October receive the standard 20% rate. The school’s rate is secured on its registration date. Christmas school registration closes 16 October and may close earlier if production capacity is reached.

Do parents pay the school?

No. Families place and pay for their orders online through the ordering route provided for your school, so the school does not need to collect individual parent payments.

Does our school receive its own ordering link?

Yes. Once your school has registered and the project setup is confirmed, we create a dedicated ordering link for your school. Families use that link so qualifying orders are correctly connected to your fundraiser.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

Minimum quantities can vary depending on the project or product. We confirm any minimum requirements with you before your campaign opens, so there are no surprises later.

How long does production and delivery take?

Timings vary by project and begin after the required artwork, payments and approvals are complete. For Christmas 2026, parent ordering closes Friday 6 November and school delivery is targeted for 7-11 December, giving us a dedicated production and packing period before Christmas.

Is delivery to the school included?

For standard school fundraising projects, bulk delivery to the school is included unless a different arrangement is confirmed for your particular project.

When does the school receive its fundraising payment?

After the project has been delivered and reconciled, the school, PTA or PFA contribution is normally paid by bank transfer within approximately four to six weeks.

What happens if artwork or order information is missing?

We do not start production until the paid order and artwork can be matched correctly. If an Order ID, child’s name, class or another required detail is missing, we contact the school before production.
