8. Order ID and Artwork Matching

Every paid fundraising order will receive an Order ID.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original artwork will not be returned to the school or participating family.

Original paper artwork will normally be securely destroyed within 30 days after the completed campaign orders have been delivered to the school or nominated organiser.

Where no complaint, replacement request or dispute remains open, production copies will normally be deleted within 30 days after delivery of the completed campaign orders.

Order and Financial Records

Order, transaction, commission, invoice and accounting records may normally be retained for up to six years, or longer where required by law or in connection with an unresolved legal matter.

Where required by law, we will notify the Information Commissioner’s Office without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

18. Right to Object

You have the right to object at any time to the use of your personal information for direct marketing.

You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you object, we will stop the relevant processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue or the information is required for legal claims.
