Parent ordering closes Friday 6 November 2026.
Your school’s commission rate is secured on the date your school registers and applies to qualifying orders placed through your school’s campaign link. Christmas registrations may close earlier if our 2026 production capacity is reached.

How the Christmas project works
We keep the process clear for organisers, teachers and families.
Register and plan
Tell us about your school, expected participation and preferred products.
Create and order
Children complete their artwork and families order by the agreed deadline, no later than Friday 6 November 2026.
Produce and deliver
After final checks and approval, products are made and prepared for school delivery, with Christmas 2026 deliveries targeted for 7-11 December.
